Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Zehna for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The materials appearing on Zehna could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zehna does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Zehna may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Zehna has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zehna of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Zehna may revise these terms of service with 30 days advance notice for material changes, provided via email to registered users. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Iranian courts.

9. Mental Health Disclaimer

Zehna provides AI-powered support tools for mental wellness. These tools are NOT a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. Zehna's AI does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or Iran's mental health crisis line at 1480 immediately. Always seek advice from a qualified mental health professional for serious concerns.

10. AI and Automated Systems

Zehna uses artificial intelligence to provide mental wellness support. Our AI systems: (a) are trained on evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (CBT, DBT, ACT) but are not clinically licensed; (b) may produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses; (c) do not have memory of previous conversations by default; (d) are continuously improved based on aggregated, anonymized usage data. 11. Crisis and Emergency Resources

Zehna is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger:
